2) Hernia of each type
3) Gallstones
4) Tumor and cancer of the thyroid
5) Breast tumors and cancers
6) Any tumor in the abdomen
7) Hemorrhoids, hemorrhoids, fistulas
8) Kitchen, fat tumor, vaccine tumor
9) Plastic surgery to remove the skin
10) Operation of stones
11) Hole or obstruction in the intestines
12) A tumor in the uterus or ovaries

1) Lifetime India Card
If there is no card
1) Photo
2) Ration card
3) Election card or license or PAN card
If the name is in the BPL-2011 list of the government, the card will be issued at the hospital only after bringing these 3 proofs.
