★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a 2 BHK flat in Gokul Solitaire building construction is good but all Electrical Fitting inside flat very very bad always is having problem and cabling connection and quality is very bad . There was a short circuit in earthing in my flat and changed all cable from main junction box so bad .Builder is good but Electrical contractor used poor quality material.

I recently purchased the flat and not even taken possession because of water leakage in the common area of the bathroom and in master bedroom bathroom. I called the builder, he told me one of his contractor will do it. Today I went again to check the work. Seriously speaking it was bakwass... Karna hai isliye karke diya hai. The builder is not even taking responsibility. This is my first purchase and if anyone know if I can cancel the deal let me know. Registration and loan disbursement is already done as the builder forced me to pay the amount after which only he would do the work
