★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best things I like the buffet system for family if you are going there for lunch or dinner. You feel that the foods are too much costly. I suggest once lockdown gets finish and they allow dining so must go.

Area is also quite big so no seating problem & hygiene stuff.

All good food experience is wasted by the tip-hungry waiters and doorkeepers. They'll be on your face and ask for tip. If they're not happy with the amount of tip they'll make faces and try to embarrass you by saying "bass itna hi". Poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a best hotel. Disgusted with the service from Gokulanand and never expected it coming from them since I have been their customer for years.
Found a bug in my chicken noodle soup which almost consumed. I already had taken a few sips from the soup when I found it ! really disgusting. cant even trust my other food items ordered from them !
