Who Are We?

Gold & Silver Palace is a family owned and operated jewellery showroom chain in Delhi-NCR. Our family has been involved in the jewellery business since the 1970s with our first retail showroom opening in 1979. We deal in certified Gold, Diamond, Silver and Platinum Jewellery and Articles. All family members are qualified gemmologists and have the technical knowledge to guide our clients to the best possible solution. We take pride on being a leader in the trust and hospitality aspects of Jewellery Retail.

History Under the flagship of Sitaram Gaurishanker Khanna, Smt. Asha Khanna and Shri Uma Shanker Khanna opened a small Jewellery showroom in Kailash Colony Market in September 1979. At that time, we were only known as Silver Palace and dealt only in silver jewellery and articles. In 1984, when the store got its Gold License, we started selling gold jewellery as well. In the foundational years itself, their sons, Mr. Ashu Khanna, and Mr. Munish Khanna joined the business. At the turn of the century, hallmarking of products was initiated and we were one of the first Jewellers in Delhi to undertake this practice.

In 2007, we opened our second showroom in Galleria Market, Gurgaon (now Gurugram).

One of the key qualities of our showrooms have been the personal interaction that the customers share with us. The customers interact with the family members and have become a part of our extended family. We have been a small part of the many important moments of their lives through our jewellery such as Wedding Jewellery, Proposal Rings, jewellery for the new-born, and many birthday presents. We have also helped people procure the best tangible asset available, precious metals in the form of bullion such as gold and silver coins.

By following a strict code of ethics and best business practices, GSP has earned the trust of clients and vendors alike. We are not only good B2C but even good B2B partners as many of our suppliers hold us in high regard. We attempt to keep costs low as it keeps our prices reasonable as well for the customer and the best possible quality.

Current Scenario

The small shop in Kailash Colony Market has blossomed into a big showroom which houses Gold, Diamond, Silver and even Platinum Jewellery and Articles, with our second showroom located in Galleria Market, Gurugram. Currently, the second generation of Mr. Ashu Khanna and Mr. Munish Khanna heads the store in Delhi and Gurugram and are guiding the third generation.

Certifications

We keep BIS Hallmarked Jewellery in both Gold & Silver Jewellery Items and Articles. Our Diamonds are certified from multiple sources such as GIA, IGI, EGL, IGL.

We keep a high quality of purity in gold while a high color and clarity is maintained throughout the stock.
