In this society the maintaince charges quite low as comapir to other society policies like SBP
Building material is also good
But
Some things which are not good right now like street road
But we can compromise these things becouse everywhere some prons and cons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Apartment set up for Residential purpose . Sufficient vacant area in between 2 blocks for proper air flow. Still plenty of work to be done to complete the Site. Suggest better lighting facilities in the passages
