Construction quality is good but slow construction. Main bottleneck is traffic problems below the bridg near the zirakpur and patiala light point in day time .Surrounding location of project is not luxury. But one plus point is 100 Acer park near the back side of project in front of nala . cost of flat is high compared to other luxury project in mohali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone here with one of my friend who was looking got invest and eventually shift to tricity somewhere.
This lady who worked here was in touch with him for quite a while and eventually we had gone here to see the project.
They are offering their first phase possession in January 2022 and another 3 years for their 2nd phase.
It’s a five star category investment which you would know after seeing their price list.
They have a beautiful parking entry and their flats are also very beautiful. They would take you through their presentations which will tell you 90% about the project construction, connectivity etc. Then they would show the respect 3+1 BHK flat which is also their sample flat.
If you have this kind of a budget then there is no other place you should consider, as they have all the facilities of a 5 star hotel which is provided to you, like washing and laundry services etc.
They have installed cameras at all major points within the society and you have all the access by just sitting at home and can view by the comfort of your house – which later on can be used as a safety feature as well.
Ideally, its for the elite class but if you get a chance to visit do not give a second chance and have a look at the project.
