Especially Deepa who's postion in gym is manger but she dont to know how to help the customer. they take 75 Days to transfer the money from 1 branch to another and in between the service and response i get was break all the level of humanity. These kind of people ruin the Brand Name.

S	Samridhi Khurana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this gym via fitternity and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I strongly recommend against joining the gym. 1. The maintenance is shabby - the equipments are not cleaned to the extent that you can find sweat on them. 2. Gym spa doesn’t work- none of their staff knows how to operate it and the smell inside the room is unbearable. 3. There are NO group exercises unlike what their staff tells. The excuses are petty that due to rains (in Dec in Faridabad!) the room is not usable. 4. The trainers are definitely below average. So is the staff. I couldn’t get my biometric access even post a week. Also, they push a LOT for personal training. #NotWorthyOfGoldsBrand

Manish is a good trainer whereas other trainers suck and ask you to take PT Are we fools who have paid 13k already. Equipments are average and space is insufficient. I will request you all to look for a better gym and never ever join this one .
