Goldgym PS , has very good physical trainers.
Vishal sir is very good trainer with the floor manager ,Vashudhra madam female trainer.
Front office staff is very polite and friendly.
In short , I find this place value for money with good female and male trainers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machinery are good and trainers are helpful only major concern is the lift needs to wait 10min to reach from P2 to 5 floor and this place is daammm over crowded very very difficult to do a proper 1hr workout from day 1 facing this issue my bad paid for 1year tho?as during my initial visit everything was good but from next day my bad luck tho.
Gold Team members should look into this as everyday it's getting more and more crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym, trained staff. Gets a little crowded in the evening but that's manageable. Gym has plenty of bars, plates, benches and dumbbells. The free weight section has plenty of space and there are enough machines to train every body part if needed just with them.
Only thing lacking is absence of proper plate racking system hence you'll spend sometime finding the desired weight plates beneath a stack. Other than that, a very good gym in this area.

It has many activities as well like Zumba, Aerobics, Bollywood Dance, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Functional Training and much more. Also the gym arranged a special program for women on women's day. I 'll surely recommend this gym.
