They will complete your 1 hour workout in 30 minutes no warmup no stretching and not so good DJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very good place for people who want to spend less money and get many benefits. The gym equipments are very modern. The prices are pretty affordable. The trainers are certified and the staff is also very disciplined. There are MMA( mixed martial arts ) and zumba classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a member of this gym, i had joined them during COVID and they follow all the protocols strictly.
The gym is adequately sized and clean and well priced.
The staff and the trainers are very helpful, all the instrument are in good shape and working properly, they have a separate area to do compund exercise which is rare.
Changing area is also sanatized properly.
