And the best part is the time loop which they assure you before starting with the project. As they have a big team with various members expertise in different fields.

Is there a thing called no star? If there was one, then I would choose that. Horrible job done on my salon. Interior designers are hired so that the space we have is utilized to its maximum without making it look full.
1. These people obviously did the worst possible job on the space part but also wasted a lot of resources and then complained to us saying we paid them less. Refer to the pictures, the sectional drawer has been made with two layers of plywood, leaving literally no space for storage in them. I can't put a hairdryer in it.
2. They put cheap led strip and cased it with some plastic casing surrounding the salon mirrors. 2 out of 3 have stopped working. The same work has been done on the roof, half of which has stopped working. refer to the images.
3. The curtains were not supposed to have rods to hang from. These guys promised a railing system wherein you can just see the curtain hangin straight from the roof and and nothing else will be seen. Refer to the picture of the ceiling, how ugly it looks. This is called patch work.
They promised us acrylic sign board, branding on the main door, and mica on the furniture (the furnitures have deco paint which is good for nothing).
We had asked them to give us the design layout and the electrical wiring layout of the store even before they started the work on the project but they were bothered the least. They haven't given all the keys of our store. They kept visiting us till they took all the promised money but made sure that we didn't get what they promised us.
There are too many anomalies to type down here, I have stated very few here. Overall horrible and unprofessional experience.
*EDIT* I understand you're unprofessional but atleast have some ethics of accepting the work you've done. Replying on google reviews stating you've not even worked on my project is just blatant and unethical behavior.
