★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluxe Rooms are quite spacious and and rooms are good but the reception guy is very arrogant and rube dont have manners to speak to guests at all. our checkout time was 12:00pm they start you calling from 10:30 for that. we got half n hour late for the check out so they called us and said even if you check our 1min late after 12:00 you will be charged for the whole day which i fell is nonsense we were even ready to pay him extra as we checkout half and hour late buy he was like no you will have to the whole tariff which was 2200/- while having conservation he also used words like sir checkout kar do kyu paka rahe ho, mera BP kyu bada rahe ho so the overall vibe was spoiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic stay. No water in room. No covid norms were followed. The reception guy Mr. bhagwat was pathetic. Didnt know how to speak to customers. No toiletries were in room. At night 1am some drunkard knocked my door & was asking for cigarettes. When called at reception no one answered. 0 security as anyone can enter the hotel. When at reception many guests were allowed in room without asking them. No social distancing was followed. No sanitizers in common area. None of the staff was using mask. Overall pathetic stay of my life

2. Dirty rooms with all dust
3. Dirty sheets with blood and other patches
4. Den of mosquitos, i am a certified mosiquto killer after my stay at GC.
5. No Tv
6. No hot water
7. Slum location
Its ashit place for a day too, not worth of the charge. Look for something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel in reasonable rate nearby airport road. Good for the people especially needs to visit star hubs or nearby offices, also very close to airport, so can have a small time stay to catch early morning flights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. they have mentioned water in their amenities but they serve only 1ltr free water for the whole day between 2 peoples. and then they are charging for the water. set top box was missing and when we asked for the same then they have not recharged set top box.. from afternoon to 10 pm we have survived for the TV. after that they provide a set top box with the free channels. in some of the rooms they don't have gyser and they said that we will provide you hot water bucket whenever you want. room service was also very slow. they have sensors on their keys but they are also not working. I have never experienced such bad things in any hotel even they are charging good amount for the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was decent. Property location from the airport is also decent and not a cause for worry. So overall it was fine. The area though becomes dicey after 11 and also the room has mosquitoes, plus the washroom had a stale water stench. despite the housekeeping ensuring cleanliness.
It was decent. the parking made it a worry for our car to be parked and be taken out. otherwise it was fine. the room was spacious enough.
