★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my previous experience buying trophies from this place, i decided to place the order 2nd time this month for our Ahmedabad office. I had a conversation with someone and went to their office to choose the trophies as i need them in bulk quantity for the corporate tournament. My sales executive Mukesh was very lazy and busy on calls on the all time and let me choose what i need without even suggesting. When i asked for help he said, it's a busy day and he will share the prize in the email which he never did. After following up next week, he informed me that he doesn't have the few of the chosen designs in stock. Since i had already shared the selected designs with my team i told him to recheck and let me know. His answer was no, later after talking to his manager he said he wil arrange. I still had to choose the replacements for the designs that he said he didn't have, so i followed up again after 1 week as i wanted to visit the place, he denied stating there is no samples and no need to visit and sent 1-2 old designs on watsapp. Finally i had to choose what he had considering the time that i have and wasted in the last 2 weeks without having any options. I ended up placing the order with another vendor. Overall the experience was pethatic, they said they are the best in giving the good service, but what they did to me was unacceptable and worst customer experience.
