★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a one floor building, there are enough equipments for workouts and they are working fine. I think in house dance practice is also going during daytime, not sure about it as I'm a fresher to this gym.
The trainer Ameer is doing a great job by motivating each and everyone person separately. Comparatively the monthly fee is less here, they even have 3 months 6 months etc packages overhere, so that you can save some bucks if you are ready to come here for a long time.
Its spacious and you dont feel congested if there are about 20 people working out simultaneously.
They even provide a diet chart to be taken pre and post workout.
Looking forward to a transformation.??

the trainer was polite until I made the payment. My first day workout was very hectic as he made me do 50 reps for each exercise. I did mention him that I had a year gap yet the trainer didn’t acknowledge what I said and made me do repeated exercises continuously and the third day I was bed ridden.
The equipment’s he had are old and rusted, no lockers, no restroom( I thought every gym has restrooms by default )
It’s mentioned that the gym opens at 4pm in the evening but the trainer asked me to go only at 5
The owner as well as the only trainer is a disgusting person who was very disrespectful to me.
I quit going to this place after 2 days. Hope this is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been my first gym and I'm lucky to start my fitness through this gym. It's very spacious with separate timing for boys and girls. The trainer is friendly as well as strict during workouts and shares knowledge of each workout from the beginning. It's the best gym in kanaka Nagar.
