good ambience,
near to station, you'll have lot of shops around you, for proper veg thali you'll need to walk a bit but even that is good. hotel services are also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not as it used to be previously. This happened to be my third stay here. Difference is quite visible. For a change rooms are not clean and pan masala stains on the walls. Hope to see this property to regain its earlier image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for 2 nights with my entire family. The entire staff was great at hospitality.
Additional pros:
- it's located in main Raipur, all the necessary malls, shopping markets etc are in its proximity. Further there is no issue of mobility unlike New Raipur.
- it's budget friendly, on top of it their restaurant food is awesome
- Further the bathrooms are super clean :)
- I would definitely recommend it to others as it is equivalent to a 4 star hotel
- I found all the costs to be reasonable.
Cons: none worth troubling.

on the other hand, the receptionist hadn't kept the room ready and made us wait. The room. service people asked to confirm the lunch order thrice. they had kept only one towel for a booking of 3 people. all in all, a slightly above average experience.

Location too is excellent. No problems with the staff either.
A bit of renovation happening but that doesn't obstruct anything.
Rooms are small and compact, toilets are well provided for.
The lacking was a balcony or a place to hang your wet towel. The window opens to a wall, so overall the rooms feel a bit stuffy.
Hot water is centralized and you need to waste a lot of water, at least during winter before the hot water reaches you. The bathrooms felt damp as well.
Still a bet for your buck.
