Very poor service. Connection drops many times and pathetic speed. No support help. Called many times to provide solution but they are not bothered to help. Plans are also very costly compared to other.... Many other good service are here who is willing to support as well.. AVOID THIS broadband service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 4 days since internet isn't working.. They aren't even bothered to fix it. .so unprofessional behavior. Calling several times. not receiving good response or behavior hence posting it here to make others aware to not to waste their money. Because out of 30days in a month 15days it won't work including Saturday Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked fine for the first few months. But facing a lot of issues for the past few days. The net connection goes off completely for a stretch of 8-9 hours at least! Hope this problem is resolved... stability of connection plays an important role, which, I believe they should work on.
Edit: The problem has been rectified and the nets been working consistently without any more interruptions!
People living in the gurudwara vicinity can go for this provider as I have not faced problems here.
Cannot say about the connectivity of other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience using this service. The speed doesn't even hit 1 Mbps. In addition to that, downtime happens frequently like, for 10 hours straight especially on weekends when needed most. They also simply ignore any requests or complaints regarding the speed and no internet issues. It is simply not worth it. Mobile hotspot is 1000x faster and reliable than this sluggish broadband.
