★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sales service. No guarantee on life stock (fish, animals or birds) that means once you buy and if any life stock dies then NO refund / Replacement. Very very bad experience for customers who buy anything from here. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Buy on your own Risk of losing money. Bahot ghatiya service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor QUALITY of pets and after sales service. Life span of pets they are providing is very low. Bought Oranda pairs twice within a span of 3 days from this shop. 1st pair die within 8hrs. After complaint, shop owner was giving useless reasons and told me to buy water filter and oxygen pump compulsory. I brought another pair of Oranda fish along with water filter and oxygen pump. Still after 24hrs my fish died. Owner don't have any knowledge regarding pets. There only focus is on sales and totally ignoring QUALITY of pets they are providing. Very Disappointed with service. 0 star from my side.
