The banquet manager and staff was not coopprate not professional at all and rude
The banquet was so disorganised and messy
Hositaity ans servecing was worst the food was not served properly and cold
The decor vendorb(Nikita) has made the decorations look just worst it was all artificial flowers used the decor which was promised during not delivered.worst experience ever.

Nikita is the comsult persn who handle the decor.they didnt give the decor properly ,m reqsting to all my famly n friends to never book this venue ever.
Ye online sab fake review dalwa rakhne hai inhone te 5 star ni ye 0star wala venue hai nver book this venue or dnt spoil ur vwedding. Beware from
Thiss cheap n fraud peoples.

They are totally cheat peoples they have totally spoiled my brother marriage on 16 feb.
They are serving cold food to there guest, they do not have service to serve chat corners. We have arrange everything ourselves at this place. Please avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a receptionist/ manager/ owner whatever she is. She doesn't have any sense of how to talk to her clients. Her behaviour is so much messy. She always being rude on a phone call. She should really take care of the way she talk to her clients.. she need education on behaviours. I would like to say that don't book your venue from Golden plate. Untill they fire her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience here as, they are providing all the facilities in a fixed budget so you don't have to go anywhere else. But the problem is there is only a hall, in which you have to manage all the things, and also the dj setup is present outside the washroom which can be a problem. And bridal room is very small. Otherwise its ok and one important factor is that its location is on road, so you don't have to search it more.
