They have sold more then actual available plot count .
And not able to provide possession ,
Money stuck.

I understand that like me, all of you have suffered a great financial loss with this organization thus I would request you all to reach out to Consumer Forum immediately and file an online case. I have received a response from Shri Onkar Singh Meena (IAS, Secy. Housing) and he has advised to reach out to HIRA. I have reached out to HIRA as well and is awaiting a response. Please do register a case with Consumer Forum and reach out to HIRA as well. The more we can put up a complaint the more chances are getting the issue resolved.
