★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These gym is best for ladies for fat loss, flexibility and strength training and also there are separate ZUMBA batches for ladies. And they also provide with abs workout.
For trainer it is not allowed to give diet plan and here in GOLDEN'S GYM specially there is nutritionist to provide diet plan and many more.
