★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience with washing machine repairing .. A person diagnosed problem quickly and repaired machine with few minutes. And charged reasonably.
Where as whirlpool service centre guys visited 5 times yet struggled to diagnose issue and charged spare parts unneccessarily and charged heavily.

I had contacted them on Saturday 12th Mar'22 and asked them to arrange for service on Sunday. They said technician will come by Sunday 4 pm. No one showed up and no intimation from there end. All my calls went unanswered. I again called them on 14th Mar'22. The customer support representative said he will arrange for the technician for 4pm, I think 4pm is his favourite time of the day! I waited till 5:30pm no one showed up neither I got a call. I again called the customer service guy, he said I'll check and update and again no call from him for half n hour, then I called to followup he is saying the technician will come by 7pm, I requested to send the the technician on Tuesday Morning. Later on the technician calls and says I'll come tomorrow but what time I can't tell I have other work also like seriously ? was I calling him for free service?? Pathetic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golden I trusted the name from long time but got shock when comes to know they also cheat you….Beware of Duplicate product. I ask for aqua guard filter so I didn’t realise they gave me duplicate filter, but when I got issue while installation then say the packaging it’s aquasfilters… which is same price as Auqaguards… so I realise Don’t trust the name of golden they also manipulate if you trust them..
