Our group consists of two directors known as veterans amongst builders in Zirakpur are Mr. Sanjeev Khanna & Mr. Amit Nanda. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Maintenance very worst, nobody listens you. Huga Drainage problem. Rain water comes in room. Nobody repair it. Worst electric Wire fiting. Network problem , no network catches here. I got my flat 1 year ago even they didn't allot my parking. Big parking issue. If you will live there your wife will suffer here because of maintenance and all other issue. Mr. Ravinder who is handles daily issue. But he hasn't any manner how to talk..Even he doesn't pick the call. If you talk about issues ..He scolds harshly has no manners. Just illitrate workers are working in golden sand society..

The best thing over here is that builder personally are avaialble at any time for any queries or services. Mutiple parking, A 1 products and the only place where customer have the choice for customization of tiles can be done personally. Will surely advice to just visit once and have a look at the project.

Also a tight security at the gate. Very well built apartments not only the building, but also from inside and good construction material used.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are good but the sale team is too immature, and don’t know how to deal with the existing family already staying, they are good once you are here to see or purchase but if you are there to give them a complain regarding anything which they have overcharged then these people are too rude and immature. It was a very bad experience, will not recommend anyone to invest with them.

1. Firstly, I was blown away with the timely delivery of flat, as I booked flat in march and was promised to deliver the flat in may but to my surprise they delivered it in early April with the choice of customization work.
2. My experience from booking to delivery, all was excellent, special thanks to Mr. Jagdeep(sales head), Mr Surender(Finance head), as well as Mr. Nanda(owner of the project), as they were not only professional but connect with emotions and were very helpful from start to end and were also flexible with payment terms.They were not making tall promises that they can not meet, all were honest, transparent and truthful.
3. Quality of work is very satisfactory, design of flat and huge L shaped balcony is fabulous.
4. Environmental of the society is very good with one big park and other 4-5 small parks in the society.
5. Project is approved from nationalized bank as well as private banks to get the loan processed in faster way.
6. Offcourse there were some cons- like there were some issues with the finishing work of flat but management got it resolved after letting them know.
7. If anyone planning to buy flat in nearby area in Zirakpur, then must pay a visit to the Golden Sand apartments.
