NOIDA: Stepping up pressure on 62 institutions that have not paid up the Rs 600 crore they owe the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority for plots they have been leased, the Noida Authority has set a November 22 deadline to recover all dues. After that, it will take legal action against defaulters. In 2008, the Authority had launched a scheme for institutional plots which could be leased for a period of 90 years for office use. The plots, between 1,000 square metre and 20,000 square metre, were leased at a minimum rate of Rs 7,800 per square metre.

At the time of booking they were saying we will return your money after bank loan but till now i've not received my money(almost one year). I called multiple time but they are not picking my phone. I also called there manager but they are also same. Only finance team is picking my phone and she is saying "Payment nhi aaya jab tak payment nhi aayega tab tak nhi de sakte".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a flat in Gaur Saundaryam last year through Gold Mines assistant Ashish. Broker claimed that booking should go from them only (Statement- Saundaryam to humhi bech rahe hai). On booking he promised many things including credit note of ₹25/sqft ie ₹41250. When I said please provide written proof of what u are saying, he again made confirmation from his boss on duty that we always keep our promises. They made one condition that credit note will be given after full payment. After complete payment when I called Ashish (he left company and currently in ATS) and his head ie Yogesh ,both denied all promises including credit note. After all this I came to realise Gold mines is highly unprofessional, unethical, not trustworthy and a fraud company.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very bad , the way they are doing business is totally unacceptable and unprofessional manners , one of the sales guy has given me deal after confirming his bos ,unfortunate that deal was fake as they don't know even price and condition about that, i have given them PDC check and they confirmed me via official email unit has been hold , when I tried to call them they were not picking my phone even director ,i was shocked and worry about my money , i decided to go there office and ask the sales guy name and accoutants name who has sent me email for unit confirmation , here is shcking news they don't know about these people , they called HR and she confirmed yes they are the sales person but they don't have authority to send the email on the behalf of account manager , i was shocked is this company i mean where there is no discipline and privacy , now they are just saying sorry sir , deal will not be move forward as this was fake commitment . I decided to cancel the deal even they offer more discont , to be honest never trust on this company employees they are not a trustable employee ,fake company fake director and fake employee .

When I negotiated for my flat price, they offered me a discount of 1% and promised to give when they will receive their payment from real builder. I had now waited for 4 years to get my 1% payment of refund. Poor service and poor commitments. Don't fall in their price negotiation traps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could provide a less rating or no rating to this company I would definitely do that.. A fraud company or must say a group of fraudsters who do only sweet talk and lure you to their trap. Once you get in, you are finished. Biggest mistakes of my life was made booking from gold mines..
When deal was going between my side and their, they agreed on almost everything what I said... They also lured me by saying we will provide u credit note after final payment.
That thing clicked me like cash back...
But it turned to my nightmare when I made last payment and called broker.. he already left that company so I called his boss and asked about credit note . They simply denied.
This gives me a lesson - never ever trust on GOLDMINES. Every lesson comes with a price- I already paid it.
