★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper communication about pre-requisite for the test. Visited twice in a day but no test done. Bakwas place for report. We are paying for report still bogus behavior. No professional etiquettes. Pathetic place to visit. Nurse behaving like a doctor and leaving at 6:30. When i reached second time in a day they said we have no one to take the sample. Why the hell you have mentioned 7:30 as closing time online. Whole day wasted and no outcome. There is no provision for less than one star for review otherwise would have done that too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They are taking things for granted. I have called and booked my appointment for testing. Last moment they cancelled. Have send message one day prior but no response and when I send message saying the service is bad they cancelled my appointment.

I got report before time on my email. Even they have provided hard copies without delay. Overall I had good experience.

My question is why have you guys increased the rate by 400 to 500rs. This is non sense, I can understand 50 to 100rs but 400/500?
Some responsible person please answer to this question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am extremely pathetic and horrible service by the staff at Golwilkar Mteropolis Aundh. I had got my Covid test done and they did not furnish the report for 48 hours inspite of constant calling and follow up. Would never recommend anyone to do any of the tests from this lab. Absolutely horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has only big name. Very irresponsible. Before test they commits you that reports will be arrived in 12 hours. After test they gives you nonsense excuses like ICMR and government, anything comes in there mind. They are iresponsible at a level that they switch offs there phones reads messages on whats app and not revert. Do not pick whats app call. They tries your patience in every way possible. These people are causing more spread of covid. Cost is already very high. Please don't test here. Please do not trust this lab at all. There are already very good labs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently gave my swab for RT-PCR test. I didn't get my results for two days. I kept following up constantly without any concrete update on the time to expect results. They kept saying I will get results in email and after 2 days there server is magically down and want people to risk their lives, visit lab and get the reports. Staff is totally unprofessional and rude. Also the price for service is higher that what other labs are charging.
