GoMechanic - Aditya Motors - Faridabad

I’m a blogger and I give reviews about that kind of services. I was pretty excited to get serviced my car at GoMechanic. I’ve also visited a Gurgaon workshop with my friend who gives the best review to GoMechanic. 
But in my case, this is one of the worst car servicing experience. Completely rubbish at Aditya Motors Faridabad. Actually one day before the service I’ve already asked Hari Shankar for the parts availability. But they don’t have even small parts like filters/plugs etc, And even they don't have proper knowledge about the service. 1. They replaced the spark plug with the duplicate NGK plugs with overcharges. I requested asked about Maruti’s genuine parts. And I waited for more than 8 hrs to get that parts. 2. They're tried to convincing me to top up my battery water with normal TAP/RO water. I surprised they told me that they always use TAP/RO water to fill up the Battery and never use distilled water before. And I waited for more than 8 hrs to get distilled water. 3. They don’t have to spray battery points to prevent rust. 4. I’ve already asked about AC Duct Cleaning before and already discussed this with Hari Shankar but again they’re surprisingly looking my face and they don’t have that spray to clean AC Duct and even they never know about that. 5. I’ve already asked before to start my car service to flush-out the engine oil with the oil flusher and clean my engine oil tank. but they don't. They traditionally flush my oil and filled with new oil. 6. They don’t have Wiper fluid also. They again tried to convince me to fill my wiper tank with normal TAP/RO water including Hair Shampoo. I forced him to use distilled water with wiper fluid concentrate. 7. They before starting the service the didn't cover up the engine/seats. 8. They don’t have own Wheel Balancing/ Alignment service at their workshop. They sent me with another workshop which is 5 km distance. They charged me extra for that. 9. As I was pretty excited before I really want to make a video and want to review and share it with my audience. But this time I’m very disappointed, I shoot some videos but don’t want to share it. They don't proper dressed up, I was going to service my car at 10:00 and was delivered my car after 8 PM. 10. After 3 Days now, I'm feeling some rattling sound when accelerating my car. Conclusion: I never go with GoMechanic. Even never go with Aditya Motors. Just an average service!!! *UPDATE* Surprised to see your reply after more than a year. This is a well run car service center, providing quality services at a reasonable cost. My earliest interaction was in 2020 when they fixed my car AC at a reasonable cost.

Had my car serviced yesterday. Overall experience was good. Neat and clean work. At the moment if I feel this is far far better than regular any Honda service.
