★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience here till date. Instead of the mechanic i was the one who was atranging the parts of the car.
I asked him about the eatimation of the car repair thrice, first time he gave the estimation about 25k-30k then in second estimation he gave the figure of 30k-35k and then in last estimation he gave the figure of 35-40k as i also increased the service of the vehicle. But you know what i got the bill of ₹50,000 out of nowhere.
So they are not there to provide you a good experience with there work as they are more money concious.
I would suggest you to not go there for any kind of service realted to car because you can get your car repaired from somewhere else in very less amount of your hard earned money.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a priority slot from GoMechanic for wheel alignment of my car. But I had to wait 1.5 hours for my car. Someone managed to bring his car before me and I had to wait. Also, after the job, the issue was as it as. I called the said mechanic and then he took a test drive and resolved it. Still it is 90%done. My issue is for a 15 minutes job, I had to waste more than 2 hours of my time and without proper job done. Customer service is very poor. The guy with whom I had a call before coming to workshop keeps using his phone and ignores mis management.
