★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get your car servicing done. Was first hesitant to get the servicing done from them as I had to keep my car with them for a day. However after visiting the place and discussing the details with the team, felt confident and comfortable.
Work done was perfect and as per expectations. Mr. Shrikrishna was very helpful throughout the process and explained the details very well. Processed the repairs and sent the photos after every stage which was even more comforting.
In short, happy with the quality service received. Totally recommend. Thanks to Mr. Shrikrishna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my first visit for servicing, all the spares were not avilable due to which I had to wait for couple of hours to get the servicing done. Even after waiting, still all required spares could not be arranged by them due to which I had to make another visit to the service centre. During my revisit, to my surprise they asked me to pay higher labour charges than they had quoted for the work during my first visit, and it was only after I refused to pay the excess amount and escalated the matter, they were ready to accept their mistake and finally the matter got settled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service experience here...I wanted to be present while servicing my car...They fixed appointment for 2PM and then kept me waiting for 1 hour. Even after that waiting they had know one to start service. When I reached there, there was not a one of so called 'buddy' who can attend and start the process. Atleast they should have asked me to come later in case it was a busy day. Not sure about their other service centers or may this is a one such incident but my personal experience was not good. They should try improving these things...they can definitely do better..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience with the Gomechanic service. The mentioned repairing is not done at all and the charges very high as well. Suggestion would be not to go for it. Even normal car wash is not done appropriatly, forget about mechanical servicing.
go for authorized car service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service station.. please do not be misguided by the rating and feedback. They don't have any spares, they use to fill tap water in battery, using normal 30 mobil from open container not semi synthetic. They use third quality filters(ac filter, oil filter, air filter etc). My car had got spoiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My clutch was hard so i visited to autoscope through Gomechanic and they said that need to change the clutch set so changed it. It was working fine till one week after it was getting hard again I visited to the shop and they asked me to change it again so i did. After that its hard same as previously. So they asked me to use it for some days and will check it after one month still i have same issue. In the last they are saying that your car has a clutch cable because of that it will be hard. So this thing they need to inform before repair. I have doubts that they are using the old parts only. I will never suggest GoMechanic and Autoscope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GoMechanic seems to have now become overconfident and taking its customers for granted , earlier their Buddy used to be present at the garage/workshop and monitor the work as per their committed parameters which I liked ,but now the buddy is only available over the phone/WhatsApp and the garage will do whatever they feel like and can possibly rip you off if you don’t really know about your car . My last experience was similar and I don’t see a point to engage GOMechanic in between if I have to deal directly to the garage /workshop and when you mail them about your experience they escalate it to only close the matter in a few days without any resolution . So I am Done with them and will rather go directly to the workshops now but certainly not this one though
