Highly unprofessional staff even the managers are least bothered to deliver or rectify the issue in the car within the time committed.
Recommended only if you don’t love ur vehicle .
They don’t even have. Customer care/Toll free numbers. Few point keep in mind before giving ur vehicle to Gomechanic (specially car zone noida Center)
1. They won’t come on time to pick ur vehicle.
2. They will steal fuel from ur vehicle. ( photos attached , first when i gave my car 2nd is when they returned, DTE is range in Km)
3. They will charge for the service they didn’t provide.
4. If they are taking more then one day or couple of days to service ur vehicle it is quite possible that they will use ur car as a bar in the night. ( pic attached)
5. They don’t even have tyre balancing and alignment setup.
6. Mostly, problem in the vehicle will remain the same even after visiting the Gomechanic garage again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Inspite of charging huge, the problem still persists. No concern being shown by owner. May be duplicate parts being used. No service guarantee. Feeling cheated. If u love your car avoid this workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this workshop is very rude, he took rs 45000 from me and kept my car for 6 months, i used to see his workers taking my car home, i objected so he said it is for testing. I even saw his worker driving my car rashly with a girl inside. Worst experience ever in my life. He was not ready to give my car back, after 6 months he gave my car back. He was threatening me and my family. Worst owner ever, his name is ESA and he will ask for money in advance, he will be sweet for first 2 days and then he will ruin your car and your life.
