★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go Mechanic looks professional in the TV commercials only, basically they route your Car to local Garages whom they don't manage, they seem to be there only to take the comission from the sale generated out of their App.
Inamdar motors seems to be their partner in crime , my close friend has recently used their services and they had a horrible experience...please stay away from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best Garage-Service Center I know. Staff is very professional and supportive. Owner is well spoken and has massive knowledge about cars. They have well trained employees who know stuff about cars in detail. I gave my i20 for dent painting and I was a little skeptical about it but they did the job better than showroom. Now if I have any problem with the car be it interior, exterior or engine and ac this is my go to place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update : Pathetic customer service continues increasing my frustration level. I had 2 major issues in my review earlier, 1. Broken rear view mirror and 2. Dirty seats after AC service
They sent their boys to clean my car seats , checked the mirror, found it Broken. Left saying that the mirror needs replacement and they will and install. I was okay with it and it sounded logical.
When I didn't hear from them for the next 4-5 days I tried to call the GoMechanic service buddy Rishikesh but he didn't pick. I have tried calling him multiple times but he didn't pick up
After multiple messages and call attempts I got a message from him today saying that since they don't touch the rear view mirror so they don't they have damaged it and therefore they can't replace it. I am amazed to see his U turn on the issue and response...wow he made it so simple.
I thought of sharing my experience with others so that new people don't fall in the trap of so call "1 month warranty/guarantee " and professional behavior
Below is the details from my original post
I reached out to GoMechanic for my car AC service for my XUV 500 , they took 3 days to replace the AC coil and service . I received the Car yesterday evening after multiple follow-up and calls.
When I inspected my car in morning today, I realized that the AC vents were still dirty and there were greese and stains marks all over on my leather seat covers which I got fitted 20 days back.
As if it was not enough I also found my Car Rear view mirror night reflection functionality broken. I complained to the service buddy Rishikesh and shared photos as well, very pathetic service and painfulc experience so far
Go Mechanic claims to be a professional service a roadside mechanic is better than these guys
