★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insta Car Care is the only reliable Gomechanic center I have witnessed in the last 2 years. They take responsibility and ownership in the work they do unlike other Gomechanic workshops which are low on infrastructure and workmanship. It's not that I have not faced issues with Insta but yes they attended and rectified it free of cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I have found a reliable mechanic in this city. Insta Car Care took excellent care of my vehicle, which badly needed servicing after 2 years, and they made the car like new. The car got a full service, full body denting and painting, and front suspension overhaul.
Throughout the process I was kept informed of costs, estimate was given (and maintained), you could freely walk into the garage to see the work going on, and the staff are very helpful and explain everything to you.
The owner personally attended to my vehicle as well which made me feel like my car is in the best hands. And I found their pricing to be lower than what most other mechanics charge, with no nonsense full explanation given of cost estimates with breakup. The best part about the business is that they genuinely made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. I am extremely happy and would reccomend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a change this review is not about Bad experience , My experience with Insta was awesome which push me to write a word of appreciation for them.
My Merc CLA engine got seized due to hydrolock , T&T Dealer quoted me 11.5 L for engine replacement and they denied for insurance claim . I did not want to spend huge money on my 2015 model Car . I was suggested to look for a independent service center who could help me reduce the expenditure .
I visited 3 garages who do these kind of jobs but somehow i got impressed with this service center . I got to know about them from a friend who is working with T&T only.
After visiting their Paschim Vihar branch and seeing them working on luxury cars , I Decided to give my car to them . Their team managed to get my Merc back and functional in around 45 days . They gave me one year warranty on engine . They were absolutely clear with the issues and cost involvement and delivered a straightforward job. They have done Complete job in 4.25 L , Can’t ask for more ? I strongly believe now that its good to have an independent perspective to the main dealer approach.
My car is working fine now and hopefully i will use it for some more years .

These traits are somewhat hard to find in the automotive repair industry but I can say with confidence these guys are fantastic !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one amazing place, I would recommend this 100% satisfaction guaranteed place and fantastic customer service from the owner to the most junior staff. Unlike may other places these guys to a decent and genuine job and they do not take you on a joy ride as you don't know whats wrong with your car and rip you off. You can accesses the owner himself who is always hands-on and available at site.
I have been visited this place recently for few jobs and I got a great service and I would recommend anyone who has European cars should have a word with them if you need any assistance regarding your ride.
