★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gomechanic authorised workshop and the worst part is gomechanic people dont know when this workshop is open or close, they just want you to book an appointment anyhow. I booked my appointment and went there to find workshop is closed and then on asking my gomechanic assigned service buddy, he told me to wait by the time he confirms. Now Workshop told him that we are closed today and will open tomorrow morning at 10. So service buddy asked me to visit workshop next day at 10. Next day i went there and again workshop was closed and then again i had to go through that same cycle of checking with service buddy and he again told me that workshop is closed. So basically gomechanic is having zero ground information about their channel partners and then they expect customers to book for an appointment as quickly as they can. I had to travel to this workshop twice and had no success in getting my car fixed and ultimately i had to go to some local workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for dent and repair for my swift car. They asked me to pay aaprox 40 k, which was originally 30k. The following happens:
1. You can't sit there as they don't have proper sitting area and no toilet and drinking facilities.
2. They do the job very badly and finishing wise they are equally bad too.
3. Do not expect any Paytm/Gpay they will ask 28% gst straight up. They are really too expensive.
4. They don't allow you to buy parts, as place their own saying its original( bhai inke koi bhi parts original nahi hai).
5. Lack of skilled people.
6. They have no space to keep the vehicles safe, my window glass got cracked while it was with them.
7. Your car will be gone for repair to some other place, which is very far from their main(their shop) location, it's not possible to look/check the vehicle until the vehicle return from third party place. They will just show you pictures of your vehicle saying ......abhi aapki gadi gayi hui hai.....aap pictures dekh lo...
Overall, they will talk good but workwise, very unprofessional and rough.
Please be careful from such fraud morally currupted people.
Worst part is they don't regret looting you....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and tidy job. I had a GoMechanic appointment and once I was there, I could see they were already hand full with other ongoing jobs. I had brake pads to be replaced for my Accord and I think they didnt waste any time in putting somone right to the task. I am happy they manage their work load very efficiently. And very genuine for the effort and efficiency. Definitely Recommended.
