★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever...i made a huge mistake by trusting go mechanic & their authorised workshop...Guys please don't fall for their fancy ads & marketing gimmicks... Service advisor & Go Mechanic escalation team doesn't care about the customer experience once the payment is done...My car was in a very good condition before service...I had opted for Comprehensive service rather than going for their standard or basic service thinking that I would get value for money & better performance from my car. My car was delivered to me after 2 days & after service it started giving various problems which I had never experienced before...Had to spent more money on fixing those issues at a different service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience !!!..Bunch of crooks working together (Praju+Gomechanic). While I was standing in front of my car one of mechanic told his friends to damage the AC unit of my car and take out all the gas(at that time he didn't notice me). Later after service I found that he was right and damaged my AC unit, later when I again went there told me there is a leakage in my AC unit, I had to pay more money. Huge mistake by trusting go mechanic & their authorized workshop. My car's AC was in a very good condition before service...I had opted for Comprehensive service rather than going for their standard or basic service thinking that I would get value for money and after service it started giving various problems which I had never experienced before. I had to go for authentic company servicing with much higher costs, as they damaged many thing in my car! Avoid Go Mechanic and Praju workshop if you don't want to destroy your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience ever. After spending 8000 for my car I was expecting good service. On the name of GoMechanic I was really expecting some. they doesn’t provide proper work. I have made the things done from their mechanics. Like bhai ye bhi hai wo bhi hai aisa bhi karna padega and all they are not even take the follow up of the work from their own mechanic. No hassle free. Also charges costing for labour and spare parts more than the listed on the GoMechanic App. Not suggesting to go for it??
