Only use gomechanic for basic servicing
For parts change visit yr company dealership as they provided cheaper parts
For ex..in my case I have to change breakshoes of my car.. gomechanic took 2500 for same and if I would have done it from service center it would have costed me around 2000 only....
Secondly the price what they show in app and what they takes are very different ..the price shown in app are without any taxes and gst .
After that they charges huge amount of gst
I would suggest as go mechanic is just a franchise so select ur service center and go and talk to the owner of workshop as the middle medium of gomechanic would be terminated by that and u will save more money and get the same service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the infrastructure to provide a good service but they don't have the capability to get the work done on time as their workers are too lethargic.
I don't know for others, but it was my first time that I visited the workshop and instead of taking good care of the customer they delayed my job by two days.
Still 1 out of 3 job is pending for me and I'm not willing to go there because of the experience I had.
