★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, gave my car for deep spa cleaning, I got my car my back 1 hour late, with paint removed on 3 body panels and without wax polish. I went next day for complaint, they wasted by 2nd whole day tu resolve the same.. Paisa waste time waste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed by the services of GoMechanic, as they are regularly making excuses for the service of my car.
The whole incident is as follows:
On 9th December'2021, I went to the GoMechanic center just for the regular servicing of my car, and left my car in the working condition at the center. But a day after the scene gets started as from 9th December the center people started creating new issues on daily basis and made the car worse, after their good service the car was unable to move just for a Kilometre.
This condition really made me angry and I requested them to repair the car asap as it is my daily need in this pandemic time.
But they never stand on their words and made new excuses daily and at the end send my car to the NISSAN center (Car is of Nissan). This shows the working capacity of their center GoMechanic.
I even mailed to the co-founder AMIT BHASIN of GoMechanic but there was no help from him. The worse service center I had ever scene.
When they cannot repair or service a car properly, so why they had opened their outlets, just to make the cars worse and make money.
This is really rediculous, even their support system never works, their customer support executives never pick up the call and never helps..
They just make fake commitments and never fulfils them.
Don't believe on such fraudsters.
#GoMechanic I want my car at the earliest in the better working condition.

Forcing the customer for 5 star rating forcing the customer to pay before the survice ends.
No one was there to take the after service feedback and we had to tell them what had to be done.

Gave my car for regular service along with deep cleaning spa via Gomechanic in working condition.
Cleaning was disappointing and the workshop agreed and take car for next whole day till the time my car is ok. But after that cleaning issues was same but another operational issue came and car having heavy abnormal sound in front of technician then they change one belt but problem still same then they makeing excuses for making more money.
Still I am struggling for my car normal Operation since 05/01/2022 ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car malfunctioned at Faridabad highway. GoMechanic was life saver as their help was prompt. They quickly towed my car, took it to workshop, repaired it and handed me the car the next day.
My experience with GoMechanic was great!

Service also good, now my "swift" performance is better than before
? Sad part is.....my Radio Antenna ? broken when received the swift back.
I wish they could have replace Radio Antenna...would be great..
