★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had taken my Ignis recently for clutch bearing repair. They over charged me the spare part used. I had specifically asked them to inform me before changing the part which was not followed.Mr Dhaval had quoted me the estimate and then did not communicate. One Mr Krunal was in charge in his absence. I gave them the full labor cost but they very cunningly over charged for the spares. When I showed them the chats with Mr Dhaval, they simply replied it was a mistake from his end. Worst is that Mr Krunal threatened to not give the delivery of the vehicle, only when I mentioned involving police he agreed to release the vehicle.. Very unprofessional management. Not at all reliable for new clients. They may have old clients but I would not recommend new customers. I have not rechecked the spares used in it but paid them to avoid arguments.
Not at all recommended. I hope they reply after reading this.
