The person who was incharge or my service had a good knowledge about what he is doing and he also shared a few pointers with me regarding some of the standards. Overall it was a good experience and I would suggest others at this location as well.

B. If you go for full service apart from basic oil, coolant change which is supplied by Go-Mechanic, rest are bought from outside dealers.
C. If you for for tyre alignment or ac repair, they will get it done from another garage.
D. It lack basic requirements of proper car workshop.
E. Owners are friendly and will share all information about repairs and changes well in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Went for a service on 14 oct 21 amounting to 3000 and ended up paying 7100. Price is not the issue. After service, my car started to give trouble. Engine seized with immobilizer problem . I reported this issue to go mechanic (location sec 10 & sec 80 Noida) but no one came to check this issue. They gave fake promises and asked for towing charges to which i agreed but still no one came .Finally i called a local mechanic and ended up paying additional 10000. Street side mechanic is better than Go mechanic.Their online complaint system is also like their service.All their money is being spent on YouTube advertisement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst experience I had with them... my car is 2018 made and never had issues all my service done with Hyundai... by mistake I took go-mechanic service this time and they used some substandard oil or not sure if they really changed the oil.. just after the service with in 10 days my car was getting stopped very frequently when in traffic... initially I did not notice much but after that I could see it only after service... and thick black smoke was also coming out of engine ... after a month one fine day on highway my car stopped suddenly and I saw there was no engine oil ...just after 40 days of service there was no engine oil not sure what they used some third grade oil or what my car engine stopped ...in mid of road.. would never recommend it .. I am thinking of taking legal action against these crooks as it has costed me my car engine... will file complaint in consumer forum as well as in court..
