★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service that I received from GOM. They charge 6000 for my AC and comprehensive services but my car was returned more problematic than before. They took it second time and it became worst. Post that I have to pay another 3k to fix all my problem. GoBuddy that was assigned was the worst guy ever I came across in customer service industry. Post payment you guys are least bother to response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unprofessonal the Owner Mr. Anil seems more interested in private customer vehicles, they don't keep tab of which vehicle has come first or have taken appointment they see first which vehicle bill is going to be high . That's the priority for high bills car first. Very Bad, it's good I got out of that places. Quickly and showd my car to Road side mechanic trust me they are better these thugs

Just a garage run by bunch of unskilled workers.
Even if you get appointment by gomechanic don't go to this place.
They will tell you major issues in car parts without any diagnosis.
No proper equipment or facilities available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mechanic are knowledgeable enough, they do a good job ! Tho the service was delayed a bit and extended another day for just few pending works. Indeed the way how they work is the point were I don't like. They behave like unprofessional at some times, like they ended up scratching the front left fender while checking the indicators+ keeping there tools on wipers and glass area which later resulted into minor noticable scratches. They also take high commissions over spare parts recommended to buy them from outside if doing any additional mechanical work. Please ensure they use all 'OEM' parts, have experienced, they will use some locals parts instead saying it's very similar to original ones!
Will only recommend you to get just the basic servicing done and get the major work from outside! Can save you almost X3 times from their quotation.
