★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Gomechanic Raghav Automobiles. Towing was done on time and exact solution found for my problem and no extra components replaced other than the required one. Service executive was promot and helpful and provided regular update of the vehicle. Good job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't go hear for any service and any work of your vehicle. Raghav automobile go machanic totaly bad foy your vehicle. I had A very bed experiance. Mr Rocky and other staff simply doing fraud with costomers. I have a problem with my car. Water during raing get inside and I got service /repair my car for said problem and paid 4000 for this. Raghav auto mobile go machenic simply clean the car and drop may car after that one day rain again and I found the water came inside and call to customer care and raghav automobile and also visit to raghav auto mobile bu the staff dies not intertain me and after 4 hrs come bace to my home and complain to customer care but after 3 month till now I didnot get resolve the complain. So pls don't go to go machanic ang raghav auto mobiles

Don't believe the ratings, they are fake. if you notice carefully most of the ratings are from bots.
Go to any other GoMechanic but not this.
They will just not fit any part to your car if they think GoMechanic has sold you for less.
I booked Horn replacement, first they called me to their service center and said that the horns I have selected cannot be fitted in my car.
When I said that to give me the horns, I'll get them fitted from outside. They said they don't have those horns(bosch scarlet) and asked me to come again on next Saturday.
(I even Recieved a call from them in middle of the week that my horns have arrived at the service station and I can go and get them fitted.)
When I went there again they kept my car for 6 hours and then said that the Horns have got expensive from the price I have paid, so I have to pay more and also on top of that even if I pay more I have to come again to get them fixed as they still haven't Recieved the horns.
How They didn't know about the price increase when they took my car in the morning.
It is illegal to ask for more money if i have prepaid for the horns 2 weeks prior to there "so called" price increase
And the irony their App still shows the same price I paid for those horns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GoMechanic doesn't seem to know how the market works.
- INR 100/- for booking an appointment
- INR 599/- for inspection (100 is adjusted)
All this is done by any workshop for free though if you go without them.
Now, I went for inspection of my car here to save time from going to the regular mechanic far away.
1. Had to wait for a few minutes as they were talking in whispers. One person saying that they would take a test drive, another one putting up the car on jack and saying to unscrew the tyre.
2. Finally they put my car on the lift and their diagnosis was incorrect for the issue which I went. They said it'd cost a min. of INR 15k to 17k.
Took my car back.
Finally went to my mechanic, getting it fixed for under INR 4k now, including labor charges, parts and free inspection.
Later GoMechanic called for a feedback and told me that there are more workshops in Dwarka where they could send me. Their brand name holds no value it seems.
GoMechanic: Not at all recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my EON car denting and painting done at this workshop. They have done very good work and took time to repair and did good quality paint. Finally the car was delivered in a condition as if it was brand new car. I am fully satisfied with the work and appreciate the quality of work done by them. Overall, good value for money and good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request to all please don't go through go mechanic, found another scratches on chrome logo, and grill, one more biggest carelessness is when they offer me test drive after repairing i found a brick under the bonnet between engine and fan it's may damage more and responsible person was only me.
Took more than one month even after promised for maximum ten days
Go to GoMechanic if you have another car to use.
When I reached home I found completely wet floor all mats are wet, you can guess how they are caring you loving car.
I am very disappointed ? ? ?
