Hardly after 7000 km of gomechanic service, there is need for service. This time I opted to get my car serviced from authorised service centre. Mechanic at the authorised service centre told me that the oil filter fitted is not recommended for my car and it was of a local brand.
The quality of service provided by the authorised service centre is way better than gomechanic xpress car care Nagpur at the same service cost..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This workshop is a nightmare for any customer. They drove my vehicle for 70km while in garrage and when asked why did he do it, has no answers but arrogance. On top of that, he used local spare parts and cannot be trusted. GoMechanic should break all partnership whith this workshop if they want to prosper in Nagpur.
