★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! I am absolutely in love with the people of jaipur and this is mostly because of gomes people. Due to last min havoc there was an accident in the billing of my gems I'd paid 2500 extra but the gomes guys called me over 20 times and returned my money within the day. Im forever grateful to these people and the people of jaipur! hopefully i will raise my children to be honest loving and kind like many jaipurians.

Very friendly staff who helped me get acquainted with their workshops and provided a tour all around. It was very helpful.

I bought an Zambian emerald, and they charged 225 int per carat and afterwards when i went to the market for selling. Each and every person said that this emerald not worth more than 10 inr per carat. So i called Gomes gems they never recieve my calls. When i start calling them from my other number then they respond and i said that want to return this stone. But they only said one thing "we can't do anything, refunds is not possible"
