In front of it, Rajasthan health University is located where jaipur's new Government hospital is going to facilitate New jaipur with the world class facilities. Almost at 300 mtr distance, one private health care center Narayan group of hospital is also serving. One new cancer hospital is also proposed near to apartment.
Riverside garden and green zone is also going to develop by Govt. Of Rajasthan by Tata projects exactly in the left side of the apartment. Balcony view of this green zone definitely soothing everyone eyes and will give pleasant experience to resident who stay here.
Roads are 60 ft wide. One side lane is dedicatedly for the apartment.
Location, reachability, balcony view and amenities everything enhance the value of this society.
