Train arrival & departure board, restrooms, toilet facilities are avaliable here. Change you train here if you want to travel towards Balaghat, MP.

No elevator at left side exit but one elivator at right side exit called main entrance/exit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main junction for east and south line. This is one of the busiest station in Maharashtra. The station is well maintained in cleanliness but people are not following rules and throw garbage and split kharra in basins.
One more thing the first class waiting room is only on PF no 3/4. Remaining you dont have facility in first class waiting room. The escalator is closed almost all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A railway station on the Howrah Mumbai railway line, this railway junction is also connected to the Balaghat railway station. The platforms are neat and clean. The ti let counter is just outside platform number 1. The platforms are connected by an over bridge accessible by staircases, escalators and ramps. The only thing lacking is a good restaurant within the station where we can get good meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last station of Howrah route. Railway (SECR) has maintained all the necessary amenities here. Cleanliness is good and staff behavior is courteous. After station, you'll feel lack of means of transport (just autos available, no cars etc.). Station is having large pay and park areas of both platform 1 and platform 8.
Recommendation - Work visit. Nothing to roam about.
