★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service and their form is so lengthy. They are repeating their questions. Meanwhile, the online forms of other TPAs- MD India, Vipul Med Corp and Raksha are very short and simple. You should improve your service and reassess your form.

In this good health policy ,I admit my mother on 6.09.2020 for the operation for cataract with remburse.but till today I don't recd my Remburse ammt.No body is helpful in customer care.after 5 minutes they disconnect the call.they have No answer of any queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience with this company. Bill was 1 lac for Delivery of twin babies and they have approved only 40k for mother only. Said that we don’t cover babies.
Would’ve given 0 star but there is no option for that.
Please don’t buy insurance from this (Desi) company.

Dear team this is very bad experience from ghpl tpa site because they not give me proper status of my claim. They always told me “ your payment is under process and received within 10 working days “ from last 40 days and now status is still pending.
I request you please give me proper status and settle my claim as soon as possible.
