the best thing here is the relation we have ....not employee n boss however we treat it like a family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Defiantly running tech support scam. Tried to illegally take over my laptop and lock it with a password. Don't do business with these guys at all. Also cold calling phones and posted mine online not cool.

Unfortunately, the government of India isn't concerned about the declining reputation of their own country around the world so this is only going to get worse. India is the new Nigeria for scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go for this company in-fact calling its a company is not justifiable. better call its racket(Giroh). you can be in jail anytime. its an organize big scam. In BPO, Marginal scam is considerable. In-fact most of BPOs do a little bit but this one is a big one. They will hire you for Good karma but inside Good karma you have to work for PC Experts247 Premium Live support, Live PC Experts. As its a complete scam so they bring new name every month but don't worry from outside its good karma. 6 days working International BPO. But if do not have an option and its a matter of survival for you. you may go. Just the way I did but sooner I realized that virappan giroh is better than this one and left the company. Many US people Did Suicide and many are in jail. Because This scam company transfer the money from one customer account to another and asked to that person for walmartcard or itune card. The company Do cash through iTune and walmart card. The moment the victim realized that I met a scam its too late for him/her. Now where the victim will go? he will go to that person where the money has been credited. polish will arrest that innocent person who brought iTunes or wallmartcard for the these people. No One know that The Real virappan is sitting In Noida Sector 8 India. that is Good karma from outside.(When they see huge $ in cx bank account they do such kind of scam and in this case they do not disclose the name of company.here they play with skype. Can you believe that this company has looted $400000 from one cx? I know that you will never but its true and there are many more)......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Karma Infotech runs a totally illegal process in technical support. They don't have any relation to "PC Expert 247" that is an US based IT company. Good Karma cheat their US based customers to provide them support.
Actually, they create their own viruses and pop-ups and attack on US customers server. Then customer calls on toll-free number of Good Karma Infotech for help and support. After that, Good Karna earns a huge amount to fix their problems.
Good Karma Infotech doesn't have any trainer in their company. They take mock-call from candidate without providing any training. They pick up to 10 candidates for training but always take 2-3 candidates for mock-call.
So I suggest to all candidates not to go for interview in Good Karma... Be careful and make sure about the company profile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers, they request remote access to your computer, once they have this they then proceed to collect as much info from your comouter including any bank details. Also, anyone on these reviews claiming that it was the best company to work for also needs to be investigated for possible fraudulent activity too and accepting stolen funds. Do something about it Google.

Totally scam .more over the company itself is a scam , they don't only scam foreign people but they also scam their Agents . no daily incentive ,no monthly incentive. Management is hopeless ,Salary is after date 15 ,and more over we don't get the package as expected. If any one is going to this company thrust me this is not the ryt place to work ,the only thing that's good is the food that's all .........
