★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever total rip-off do not give any of your appliances for repair they took our gas geyser for repair for the first time and took 10 days to repair it and again because they didn't repair it properly 2 days after they took it again and returned it after a week and then now 2 weeks ago and we have been trying to atleast get the geyser back but any number we try they are blocking it. I recommend to go for urban company for repairs rather than this joke and time waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY poor service from Good Service, BSK, Bangalore. My geyser had an issue and the technician serviced but not properly. After few days i could see flames from geyser. Called them up but no response. Had to go through toll free number. Again other technician attended but the result is same. Its extremely dangerous when flames come out of geyser. Now they are not attending my calls. There are children and senior citizen. I have to take next course of action against them. Please avoid them. I lost huge amount of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I called for geyser problem. They told the coil and thermostat needs to be changed and charged Rs 2400. They never attend the problem after. This is pure cheating. The problem came back within 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with this Company. I had a problem with my dish washer and called this company to attend the same. The service personnel had visited and mentioned that there is an issue with FN Motor & heating coil and charged hefty amount and said that if there is any issue they will immediately attend. After a month, the problem has repeated again and when I tried to reach them no one responded. Even, their customer care is also farce. They kept on saying that someone will attend but no one turned up. This is nothing but cheating by charging hefty amounts and later no response. People may exercise caution while utilizing the services from this company.

I have asked them to repair the my geyser and they asked me to pay 2400 for coil and thermostat and after several follow up, they came and fixed the coil and thermostat and water started leaking and they told they need to fix the Gaskets and still it was not fixed and he is not picking up the phone.
I have called three person from call canter and not getting the proper response.
I have went to Sivaji Nagar to purchase the Gaskets and they told for coil and thermostat it will cost only 450.
Good service is total fraudsters, Please don't every try this one.
Finally i have fixed the issue with local electrician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never take the services of this pathetic company. I had a broken fridge door, which they picked up from home to their service centre in Banashankari. Post the pick up there were absolutely no further responses from them. After 3 days when I started to call them, all the technicians stopped answering my calls. After that I called their call centres, where I was assured that the technicians would respond to my queries. However, 3 more days passed like this. Finally after 1 week the call centre gave a manager's number, who told me that my fridge door could not be repaired due to lack of spare parts and that it would be returned to me on that day itself. Post that 5 days passed and there were no further responses from them. Eventually after 10 days I grew up impatient and reached the store directly in Banashankari and had to pick up the fridge door and bring it back which was not even touched forget repairing. They are highly unprofessional and have no internal processes and coordination. They will only waste your time and money. It is an irony that their name is "Good Service", in reality they provide the worst service.
