Usually it's very cheap hotel room for the staying.
Rooms are not very good but everything is available.
Washroom and Bathroom are outside of the room if you choose less expensive room.
There is no parking available for your car/bike.
You can skip this place and try to find out another option would be best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this guest house for 1 night stay. We book 2 beds in domitory (common room for all) We paid Rs.200 per person and 24hrs checkout. The guest house was very well maintained. There is hot and cold water supply available for bathing. Apart from domitory there was Rs.700 and Rs.900 rooms, NON AC and AC rooms respectively were available. The guest house is five mins walking distance from rajkot junction station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a night in jan. We were getting late for ind vs aus match in rajkot. The hotel authorities helped us get a rickshaw and reach the venue as soon as possible. The room was decently clean. There was hot water arrangement for bathing just outside the room on 1st floor. We came back to the room quite late in the night at about 4 am. They provided us bed sheets and towels and water at 4am on our request. They charged us Rs 700 for the night. The location is also great as rajkot junction is right opposite to the hotel
