★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got Mahindra XUV 500 wheels balanced and aligned. It was fine driving in the city, which is usually at lower speed. But then 3 days later I had to travel to Indore. As soon as my car crossed 90 km/hr mark. My steering started to shake violently. I had a doubt on wheels balancing as no supension or lower arms work had been done recently. So I took it to another shop and found that wheel balancing was completely out and alignment was fine. Hot my wheels balanced and the problem stopped. This is not why I am giving 1 star review. The calibration of machines frequently disturbs, so even if you get the right reading it might be wrong.
The reason I am giving 1 star review is I tried reaching the shop to let the concerned person know his machine might be out of calibration as this is what happened wih me, but I couldn't connect with his literally. They don't pick calls. I have tried multiple days and times. This is more painful as this service comes with a after sales customer services for atleast 1 month.
In short. Inadequate team, uncalibrated equipment and poor customer skills.
