Would definitely recommend to visit this place once before going anywhere else. Little pricey but I can pay little more for the kind of service and quality i get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Went today to get new clothes for me n my family and I bought only 1 jeans. The sales person never even asked if I wanted to buy anything else. I was looking for crop tops and could not find anything nice. So the sales person just instructed me ok...let's get the jeans billed and he just vanished. The bill was of 1100/- and you failed to get another 5000 bucks from me. I don't plan to visit this place again ever. I'm done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and tailoring service specially they don't understand and appreciate time of the customers who are coming form abroad with expectation to buy some good collection of cloths . My NRI Family Purchased over 200000 rupee worth of cloths in last couple of months. One of the Patiyala suit purchased for my son's wife was too big as they were given a wrong size from beginning. when my son and his family purchased new cloths and wanted to exchange Patiyala suit which was bought earlier ,they refused to anything for it. finally they were told to come on Sunday after 8:00 pm as they can't do anything on Saturday and Sunday during day time. My family members went their again at 8 p.m on Sunday. After a long discussion and wasting lots of time they only provided unprofessional solution to reduce waist size by one straight stitch as you can see in the picture.
I can't believe that Gopal Emporium being long time in business as prestigious clothing store in Maninagar Ahemedabad has no better solution or value of relations with their customers.
It was so frustrating and hard for my family to spend a time on all this hassle specially when we are coming from aboard and we have time constrain for our shopping.
I am so sorry to say that me,my family and my friends will avoid this place for any of our future purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, will not recommend anyone for Sherwani. Had to visit shop 4 times for trials and alteration. At the end, had to give it to my tailor for fitting. Cloth quality was also very poor. This was my first and last time dealing with Gopal.
