★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service from the agency.delivery boy takes extra 40 rupees each time at the time of delivery of cylinder.recently the flame from the stove is coming red in colour.agencyvsent a guy for the service.the next day noticed the same and informed the guy many times.he was giving excuses day by day.finally,I shouted at him and reported within 3 hrs.he told me if happens again inform him and he will come with new burner.but the guy's response is as usual.he will come after 2 days.i know posting these feed back is useless here as the agency doesn't look into the matter.

Fraudster.
Harassment by delivery men, one specially named Mukhesh.
Charges high extra delivery amount else THEY TAKE AWAY CYLINDER WITHOUT REFILLING.
Staffs doesn't listen to any issues faced.
Misbehaves with people as well as misguides them.

1. they handle customer queries,
2. complaints,
3. the periodical servicing of customers/clients' domestic lpg cylinder-cum-stove setups
4. and above all that the unsophisticated way in which they rein in their delivery personnel;
a neighbouring competing service by the name of PK Music does far worse in this aspect. Ergo it's the most frequent of their lpg cylinder customers' grievances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomorrow 27/3/2020 I am waiting 4 hours for cylinder self delivery slip.after slip recovery I am feel illness so I am back my home & 28/3/2020 today I am going gopal gas godown for cylinder delivery but company persons say previous date not excepted,pleased go office ,I am trying my best understanding to my problem but he is no responds, so,I am back office again company person insults me,he said again 4 hours take the line after he changed slip date.
