★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place for a small family to stay. U can get good houses for rent here with reasonable rate. They do have a good gated community and with security facility. Intercom facility is available for added security measure if any guest or strangers visit the premises. The other facilities include swimming pool, Gym, volley ball/shuttle court and a community hall. There are proper lift available for each block. It has a total of three blocks and a closed car parking area. Also provided with three to four guest parking area. The waste disposal is also done by housekeeping staffs. Have kaveri water available in kichen pipes and 3 bore wells for other parts. All in all good apartment for a calm and safe family life.
