★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in first service of my newly buy scooty it would taken about if 5hrs to complete service in which only lubricant oil is change and vehicle washing there is nothing else to be done there on.Whole day is wasted there only in servicing of scooty such a bad things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have got the third servicing of my Honda Activa Scooty 125 , In my servicing note, I had noted the problems of my scooty, but it has not rectified in servicing of my scooty, I inquired from the service engineer about this why it was not rectified, but correct answer was not given by them, I am not satisfied with the servicing done in my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Purchased their AMC for a year with two free washing coupons. On 21st went to avail free washing coupon, however to my surprise it took them 2 hr to get my vehicle washed and mobile oil changed. Very bad management. Also just for changing oil, they took service charge of 20 Rs. Also, for 1 small washer costing Re 1 outside, they charged 10 Rs. I felt like being cheated and wasting my previous time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donot expect any Discount on the ex- showroom price offered by them. If possible please check the same at Premsons Dhanbad.
Moreover, strongly advise people not to buy accessories from this showroom as they charge directly 3 times the price available at local shops or online platforms.
